Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions within the SPM framework
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of developers and administrators working on the ServiceNow ITBM module
Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the ITSM module with other ServiceNow applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ITBM module, coordinating with support teams as necessary.
Ability to create and Modify Workflows with experience in agent workspace design and implementation
Proficiency in JavaScript, angular and jelly scripting.
Experience in integrating ServiceNow modules with other enterprise applications.
Application design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform with hands-on technical delivery including required documentation.
Code review and propose improvements in the configuration / customizations of the platform
Requirements :
Over 6 years of proven experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on SPM and ITSM modules.
In-depth knowledge of demand management, project management processes and methodologies.
Strong understanding of ITIL framework and release management best practices.
Experience coordinating releases in complex, multi-module ServiceNow environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer is preferable.
