Job Description
Qualifications & Experience
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. Proven experience as a software developer in agile teams and in web-based virtual/immersive solution delivery. Strong knowledge of Game Engines and software design patterns. Proficient in C# or C++; good understanding of software testing principles and version control. Experience designing interactive user interfaces and delivering high-quality software in regulated industries.
Preferred:
Experience with QA, software testing tools, real-time systems, or industrial virtual solutions. Familiarity with CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab), LMS (e.g., xAPI), Docker/Kubernetes, and Python. Interest in AI, cloud technologies, or surgical simulation workflows.
Soft Skills:
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English.
