Key Features of the Role:
Accenture's Emerging Technologist Development Programme aims to skill you up in an emerging technology domain over a year long period. Through various online and classroom based training, as well as on-the-job training, you will have the opportunity to deepen your skills and be certified in technical areas. Throughout this programme, you will also be well supported by a network of experienced Accenture IT professionals. This programme aims to prepare you to be ready to launch your career with us.
You will also have opportunities to hone your functional skills and expertise in an area of specialization. We offer a variety of formal and informal training programs at every level to help you acquire and build specialized skills faster. Learning takes place both on the job and through formal training conducted online, in the classroom, or in collaboration with teammates. The sheer variety of work we do, and the experience it offers, provide an unbeatable platform from which to build a career.
Your responsibilities entails addressing key business problems and developing best-practice technology solutions for business improvement. The scope may include but is not limited to:

• 
  Drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering
• Grow into delivery-focused roles
• Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle to analyze, design, build, test, implement and/or maintain multiple system components or applications for Accenture and/or our clients

• A relevant diploma from a local polytechnic, with less than one year of formal working experience
• Passion for software programming in the emerging platforms or domains
• Ability to use one or more development language
• Trained in programming and software development
• Willingness to learn and an interest in technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work on different projects if required
