Job Responsibilities :

Work with Customer Support and development team to address customers issues.
Explore and implement AI-driven testing frameworks and tools to monitor and identify top customer issues
Support Windows, Mac software testing and automation efforts, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
Create comprehensive, detailed and updated test cases--both manual and automated--based on detailed project specifications.
Work closely with a diverse range of teams and stakeholders, from engineers to project managers, to improve product quality and functionality.
Pre-Requisites :
---------------------
Diploma in Computer Science or related field
1-2 years of experience in software testing (preferred)
Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, Selenium, C, C++, or C#
Excellent communication and documentation skills in both English and Chinese to effectively collaborate with Mandarin-speaking associates and handle related documentation
Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
Strong skills in identifying and solving problems efficiently
Able to collaborate with engineers and third-party teams across different time zones
Experience in Windows or Mac application automation is an advantage
Experience with PowerBI is an advantage
Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and software quality assurance methodology
