Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical Software Tester to join our team and contribute to the development and integration. The Ideal candidate will have hand-on experience in Software Testing and to ensure the quality and reliability of software product through series of testing.

Key Responsibilities

:


Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and plans to ensure the quality of the software products. Create a details Test Plan and relevant test documents and reports for functional, performance and regression testing, and oversee the execution of these plans Promote and implement test automation strategies to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Establish and monitor key quality metrics. Prepare and present reports on test progress and other relevant quality assurance metrics Collaborate with the development team and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that quality objectives are met. Identify potential quality risks in software products and processes and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure that software solutions deliver a positive user experience and comply with the organisation's standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualification and Skills:

4 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance. Hands-on experience with manual testing techniques and test management tools. Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing. Proven experience in QA processes and methodologies. Proficiency in API and desktop application testing. * Possesses basic software development skill in DotNet, Java, Python, NodeJS.
