Perform
functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
across various platforms including driver software, firmware, web, and desktop applications.
Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and follow through to resolution.
Conduct
test monitoring, control, and process improvements
to enhance software reliability and QA efficiency.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Provide
clear and comprehensive test documentation
, reports, and test evidence.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, testing tools, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Solid experience in testing driver software, firmware, web, and desktop applications.
Strong experience in
test planning, test case formulation, test execution, defect tracking, and process improvement.
Hands-on experience with QA tools such as
Selenium, Postman, JIRA, TestRail
, or equivalent.
Familiarity with
SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum
methodologies.
Excellent
problem-solving, analytical, and documentation
skills.
Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a
fast-paced business environment.
Eager to learn with a demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
