Job scope and responsibilities:
Manage scheduling for site manpower
Manage HR related issues for site manpower
Travelling to all sites to ensure safety
Troubleshoot and problem solve site related problems
Procurement of site materials
Troubleshooting inverters
Tracking and maintenance of warehouse inventory
Quality check on solar installation on day of commissioning
Manage sub contractors
Requirements:
2 years in solar industry
Manage Work at Height Certifcate
BCSS
Electrical Core Trade
* Drivers license
