Oversee all aspects of daily construction operations to ensure smooth workflows and maintain safety at every turn. Champion site safety--enforce protocols, lead inspections, and create a culture of care and compliance Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliveries for maximum efficiency--you'll make things happen. Interpret technical and engineering drawings, measure up, and maintain quality standards; your expertise ensures that nothing is left to chance. Document progress, resolve challenges, and provide project updates--your leadership keeps everyone aligned and informed Mentor and empower your team, resolve issues, and help everyone grow together in a positive, supportive environment.

What We're Looking For:

ITE or Diploma in Engineering (Civil Engineering is a strong plus). Confident in interpreting site drawings, a clear communicator, and a team player who thrives on challenges. Construction or utilities experience valued - bring your insights and help raise the bar. Calm under pressure, deadline-driven, and always committed to results. Own transport? Even better!.
