Our client is a Multinational company, global leader in digital media and digital marketing solutions. They are currently hiring for a Solution Account Manager for growth of their client portfolio
As a Solution Account Manager, you will be responsible for the retention and growth of an assigned portfolio of customers.
Job Responsibilities:
You will oversee the entire customer journey from implementation through adoption and value realization to expansion and renewal.
Working across a suite of company\'s Solutions, you\'ll own the account development strategy for your accounts, developing a deep understanding of your customer\'s businesses and identifying ways to increase company\'s footprint within them.
You will demonstrate strong commercial acumen through accurate forecasting for all renewals and upsell opportunities in the current and next quarters, as well as updating management on the outlook further into the future.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor\'s degree with min 5-7 yrs of expeirence in account management, customer success roles in a tech, SaaS environment.
Thorough understanding of the technology sales cycle, preferably in SaaS environment
Strong sales and account management skills with the ability to sell value in a competitive environment
Ability to support clients throughout the entire customer journey from onboarding through to contract renewal
Ability to establish long-term trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Strong collaboration skills to be able to engage with Solution Account Executives to identify and drive Cross-sell and Up-sell opportunities within the installed base territory
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Having fluency in Thai language is desired to laise with Thai speaking stakeholders
