Requirements
? Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in solution architecture role
? Should have minimum 3 years of solution architecture experience delivering enterprise grade software solutions in cloud platform (AWS (must)).
? Possess a deep understanding of the insurance domain with expertise preferred in life/health, advisory distribution business.
? Hands-on experience in AWS cloud architecture and full-stack development.
? Hands-on experience in delivering holistic enterprise-grade solutions for areas like digital/cloud transformation
? Knowledge of emerging technologies/platforms like GenAI with a strong self-initiative to keep up with evolving technological trends
? High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations
Key Responsibilities
? Act as expert in the plan, design, and delivery of end-to-end solution architecture/design.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, cloud/infra, and business stakeholders, to drive solution.
? Drive and contribute to the digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the enterprise standard and agility.
? Drive short- & long-term architecture strategy for the overall IT project portfolio for key business segments.
? Operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology.
? Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and technical documentation.
? Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the overall stability and security of the systems.
? Recommend options to reduce costs, increase efficiency in IT and business leadership.
? Provide knowledge share training
