• Understand clients\' problem statement and propose / architect solutions to address the problem statement
• Provide presales technical support on OSINT tools and software, networking and cyber solutions
• Work closely with the customers, sales team, product vendors and service partners to come up with concepts and solutions to address customers\' problem statements
• Maintain good rapport with customers and vendors
• Keep abreast of new technologies, products and solutions
• Perform proof of concepts (POCs) when required
• Ensure an appropriate and efficient hand-over from pre-sales to project teams

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related pre-sales working experience in OSINT tools and software, networking and cyber solutions
• Experience in building and optimizing architectures
• Good communication and writing skills with strong interpersonal skills and vendor management
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to details
• A good team player who is highly motivated and directed
• Prior working experience for Defence and Homeland sector will be an added advantage
