In this high-impact role, you will drive the design and delivery of comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements. What you will do: Analyze the organization's architecture layout to map business expectations with current architecture's capabilities. Collaborate with product managers in translating business requirements into system specific functional requirements. Discover user needs through data-backed research and competitive analysis, design solutions, data flow, and system interaction to incorporate digital products and services. Experience with presenting your design to stakeholder and breaking the layers of complexities to layman. Evaluate design alternatives, and perform cost benefit analysis, and other activities based on the business needs of the organization. Evaluate different software tools & services in order to fulfil the organization's needs. Propose and split large/key architectural objectives into smaller incremental objectives. Troubleshoot and guide cross-functional teams on complex problems and identifies solutions. Champion analysis, design and implementation plans based on a current vs future model from a holistic architecture perspective. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline. At least 8 years of experience in application development and 3 years in architecture design for digital solutions. Demonstrable experience in interpreting business needs and applying innovative technology solutions. Experience with developing multiple tiers of multi-tiered software applications. Experience in AWS, Microservices and modern web development language. Proficiency with business stakeholders collaboration, co-ordination with teams such as product development, architecture, security & infrastructure and navigating various agenda with data-backed decisions. Experience with working in a fast-paced startup environment is highly advantageous.
