As the Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the overall end to end architecture of the customer solution and implementation of CXOS SaaS platform, MNO and other third parti As the Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the overall end to end architecture of the customer solution and implementation of CXOS SaaS platform, MNO and other third parties integration. The expectations of the role are as per below: Roles & Responsibilities : Lead business and technology solution architecture and design for Telecom Business Support System (BSS) i.e. CRM, Billing, Order Management and Enterprise Product Catalogue. Work harmoniously with different stream leads in the technical team to orchestrate the outcomes from a technical standpoint. Providing the overall architecture guidelines and sets the vision for our Telco solution. Ensure timely delivery of planned technical outcomes, and within budget while maintaining and possibly exceeding the desired quality. Ownership to provide necessary solutions to all the Functional and Non-Functional requirements. Own and define architecture roadmap, technology elements work packages for each domain/application and application roadmap. SPOC for all communication with customer IT and Service Design teams and manage work-stack level stakeholder relationships with customer. Steering direction from technical perspective, conducting and facilitating technical reviews. Conducting workshops to close the requirements, technical decisions etc. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements: 10+ years of experience in E2E BSS areas with specific focus on Real Time Charging & Billing, CRM, Provisioning, Order Management and fulfillment, Enterprise product catalogue, telco system integration. IT and/or software development experience in one or more of the following areas: large-scale, mission-critical applications, Product Catalog, Billing, CRM, Fulfilment, OSS, general large-scale system architecture, large-scale databases. Extensive experience in consulting, solution leadership and solution delivery with in-depth technical experience in BSS solutions and overall IT Architecture of a telecom operator. Must also have prior experience driving consulting engagements around technology, operational and business consulting. Must have prior experience driving big OSS/BSS Transformation programs, especially onto BSS Transformation Program. Proven implementation experience with at least two large BSS solution rollouts in Telco industry. In depth understanding of fixed, mobile and convergence domains and related markets. Ability to work closely with Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales and Clients in building E2E Convergent BSS Solutions Demonstrated knowledge of major industry standards: eTOM, SID, TAM, ITIL, OSS/j. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong strategic and analytical skills. Well-developed knowledge and understanding of the global telecommunications marketplace.
