We have a rewarding opportunity for experienced Solution Architect with strong Storage & BackUp/Recovery/Archival (BURA) & Hybrid cloud expertise who has ability to think strategically about business, create technical definitions around customer objectives in complex situations, develop solution strategies that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of our services. You will be responsible for: Get involved in the strategy and business issues identification and resolution provide input to the company account plan to develop and manage the strategic relationship with the client's senior management, and act as a trusted advisor in transforming the client's business. Help the client innovate and formulate business solutions and 'technology enabled' business models and new ways of doing business to create breakthrough positions in the marketplace. Explain how and where technology can be used to address key business processes in a particular domain. Applies knowledge to translate the functional view into a technical view and architect complex cloud solutions and deliver joint business success Construct the overall transformation roadmap for the client. Shape and influence client attitudes to outcomes and key benefits for both the client and the company. Presales consultancy, presentation/demo/POC, solution and proposal development for Storage & BURA solutions Plan and lead delivery of workshops and facilitated client events. Open new discussions and build new opportunities with clients. Partners with the account team to build the customer relationship at all levels by advocating and presenting technical strategies for customer's Hybrid Cloud & DC transformation. Reviews account pipeline to prioritize pursuit activities, and moves opportunities to close, ensuring proper utilization of time and resources. Design and Storage & BURA solutions on HPE infrastructure with our ecosystem partners Responsible for creation and delivery of technology solutions and proposals designed to meet customers' business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers' businesses. Prepare statement of work and solution financials for bid governance review and approval As trusted advisor create and maintain effective customer relationships so as to insure customer satisfaction. Actively contribute to the company's solutions portfolio by providing information ranging from technical knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from customer projects. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant discipline At least 8 years of experience in technology industry with focus on technical consulting and solution selling Knowledge and Skills: Excellent technical understanding of Hybrid Cloud solution set and knowledge of leading edge and emerging technologies Deep understanding of SAN, NAS, Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions. Experience participating in solution configurations/ overall architecture design and the creation of PoCs to meet customer requirements. Demonstrates expert consultative selling techniques, including active listening, framing, white boarding, storytelling etc. Experienced in selling, negotiation, proposal development and account planning. An exceptional communicator and presenter to reach awareness of the total HPE portfolio Able to propose solutions, address client business issues and objectives using a combination of company standardized and customized services.
