Requirements
- At least 8+ years of experience as technical/integration architect
- Strong Knowledge on one or more applications domains of Channels
- Customer Channels Web , App,
- Assisted Channels Agent, Partner, Store
- CRM, Catalog
- Order Management & Inventory
- Charging & Billing
- WFM
- Experience in designing deployment architecture, AWS components and services.
- Experience in CI/CD pipeline integration with COTS applications.
- Working knowledge of API Gateway, BPM, ESB Technologies
- Working knowledge of various interface standards REST, SOAP, XML, and Methods API, Batch, Event
- Knowledge on integrating with Singpass, facebook, google, payment gateway, ITSM and monitoring tools.
