Job Description
Job Duties and responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise of the Cisco solutions and product offerings which include: switches, routers, security, collaboration, Data Center, and licensing and bid activities as part of RFP / tender submission deliverables for the enterprise and public sector customers;
- Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to craft innovative solutions meeting client’s business needs
- Analyze client quotes with a high level of detail and exceptional accuracy
- Participate in technical discussions and engagements with internal and external stakeholders
- Update personal knowledge by participating in industry-related educational and networking opportunities
- Various projects and other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field of study
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical environment
- CCNP/CCIE certified
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks at the same time
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs
- 5 day week (East side of Singapore)
