Job Description

As a Solutions Engineer, your resposibilities are:

Engineering activities for Cyber Security products (e.g., SASE, WAF, endpoint security, DNS Security, DLP, NDR). Getting involved in large-scale local & regional projects. Providing technical solution initiatives, PoC and implementation services including proposal, design, testing, deployment & documentation. Render technical support and ensure customer satisfaction. Analyse and clarify customer queries through troubleshooting and researching existing knowledgebase articles/known issues. Being on routine standby to support 24x7 maintenance support calls. Actively participating in team and departmental meetings by providing feedback on the current day to day activity and recommendations for improvement.

About You:

In possession of relevant experience supporting cybersecurity or network security related solutions (i.e. Web Proxy, WAFS, or Next Generation Firewall) Can perform endpoint & network troubleshooting to identity and isolate the cause of the issue. Equipped with knowledge & experience of Cloud Based solutions.
