Responsibilities We're looking for a driven Solution Manager to develop and implement logistics and supply chain solutions across APAC. Develop and implement solutions in accordance with customer requirements Own and manage solution design processes and timelines Engage with clients and external teams on requirements and translate them into functional requirements Create documentation to facilitate internal discussions and information transfer Participate in the development of client proposals and client meetings Ensure that project implementation meets the clients' expectations and requirements Enable internal teams to deliver effective solutions Identify areas for service optimization and process improvement to ensure that efficiency and productivity are at optimum levels Interface and work closely with regional cross-functional teams Manage regional teams and projects. Requirements Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field of study At least 2 years of relevant experience the logistics and supply chain industry Experience working with process improvement methodologies, such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc. Organisational skills, and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams Strong customer-focus and excellent communication skills Flexibility and ability to adapt to new requirements and innovation Excellent interpersonal skills Strong accountability and sense of responsibility.
