Our client have a lean, dedicated and specialist technology team within APAC who are responsible for the delivery of local, regional and global projects. Due to business demand they are now looking to hire an experienced Solutions Architect to join their team and play a leading role within the business. Given the lean aspect of the team, we are looking for an individual whose specialism lies within Architecture but also has demonstrable experience working independently, managing and overseeing projects and performing business analysis. The ideal candidate will be looking for an environment which will broaden their "business technologist" mindset, developing their skill base to allow for career growth. - Demonstrable experience from at least one of following technical domains: Cloud native development initiatives or cloud migrations, cloud security and/or DevSecOps, privacy and data protection, development of or maturity of IT platforms and standards ), eg technologies like Appian, Informatica or SAP.
- Strong solution strategy ability, including a demonstrable ability to communicate solutions and their benefits to stakeholders in IT and business units
- Maturity, relationship management and communication skills to exert influence towards standardization. Willingness to challenge the status quo when there is clear business benefit;
- Organizational change management capabilities
- Business acumen to find solutions focusing on cost and benefit
- Deep understanding of Solution Development life cycles, management of Enterprise Architecture and the application of IT risk & security considerations
