3 September 2024We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. You will ensure seamless alignment between design and implementation with business and enterprise architecture goals. Your expertise will drive the development of robust digital products and services that meet the needs of a global financial institution.Mandatory Skill(s)

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an IT Professional, with at least 5 years in Solution Designing and Architecture;
• Strong communicator and presenter with excellent documentation skills;
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
• Experience with legacy and modern application architecture;
• Strong on tech, ability to guide and verify technical implementations;
• Experience in project management and delivery, with a track record of guiding teams to achieve project objectives;
• Strong technical skills with experience in Spring Boot Microservices, Oracle Database, and Java;

Desirable Skill(s)

• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL concepts, and Big Data/Datalake concepts;
• Architect certifications are a plus.
• Experience with asynchronous communications using Kafka and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes/Openshift;

Responsibilities

• Create multiple concepts and prototypes for digital products/services, ensuring innovative and scalable solutions;
• Maintain a deep understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory codes, ensuring compliance in all aspects of work;
• Analyze data to identify potential solutions, navigating various processes, procedures, and precedents;
• Develop solution approaches (roadmaps) for Epics/Features involving multiple squads and IT assets;
• Collaborate with development teams to co-create patterns, Cookbooks, and provide training; escalate deviations when necessary;
• Work with Product Owners and Squads to translate Epics into actionable Features and Stories;
• Collect and analyze requirements, translating them into practical IT solutions that align with business needs;
• Support the creation of end-to-end test strategies to ensure solution quality and reliability;
• Develop and maintain architectural artifacts, including application architectures, data models, and other documentation;
