Job Description
As a Solutions Assistant at Milestone Systems in Singapore, you will support the teams in various activities, helping to enable the sales process and enhance customer engagement. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical sales support and develop your career within the technology industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assist the presales team in preparing technical presentations and demonstrations.
Support in configuring and setting up product demonstrations for potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Help maintain and update customer records in Salesforce (SFDC).
Develop a solid understanding of Milestone Systems' products and services.
Provide basic technical sales support and respond to customer inquiries.
Assist in organizing and attending sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Support the team in delivering proofs of concept and prototypes to prospective clients.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the team lead/manager.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of IT architecture and technology principles. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service. Interest in the surveillance or related technology industry.
