Your responsibilities will include:
Assist the presales team in preparing technical presentations and demonstrations.
Support in configuring and setting up product demonstrations for potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Help maintain and update customer records in Salesforce (SFDC).
Develop a solid understanding of Milestone Systems' products and services.
Provide basic technical sales support and respond to customer inquiries.
Assist in organizing and attending sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Support the team in delivering proofs of concept and prototypes to prospective clients.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the team lead/manager.
