Ranked Top 10 Logistics MNC Basic $4000 - $6000 AWS + Bonus (2 months) Mon-Fri (8.30am - 5.45pm) Location : Boon Lay Area Company Transport Provided Responsibilities * Lead large Ranked Top 10 Logistics MNC Basic $4000 - $6000 AWS + Bonus (2 months) Mon-Fri (8.30am - 5.45pm) Location : Boon Lay Area Company Transport Provided Responsibilities Lead large or complex solution design projects for new business, contract renewal, or improvement. Provide expertise in the cost modelling, analysis of business for pricing determination and business improvement analysis. Lead and mentor solutions design engineers of delivering profitable business. Review and sign-off business proposals and identify and mitigate risks in the proposals (both operationally and commercially). Support the commercial team in winning the business by advising the most competitive selling rate(s) and participate in financial and/or contract negotiations to ensure profitability and/or the recovery of all project and operation costs. Support the commercial team in the development of negotiation strategy, value proposition and prepare the supporting figures. Support the development and maintenance of a knowledge pricing database of capital, labor and operating costs, productivity standards and company information to support tender request. Pro-actively engage with the commercial and operation team to align on strategic direction and ensure the Solution Design team has the required skills and capabilities to support the strategy. Leverage knowledge of the wider organization to further optimize the quality of the solution designs. Enhance and improve the competency of the internal teams through various means of knowledge transfer. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the solutions design process through participating in process review workshops and pro-actively offering suggestions on process or tools.
