You will be responsible for supporting our Business Development Managers and Account Managers by applying your technical knowledge and experience to secure new business opportunities.Let's see what the Job Role offers:

  • The Enterprise Solution Architect is responsible for the delivery of the end to end Solution Designs, leading development of the technical solutions incorporating the service requirements and costs being responsible for Handover into Delivery and Support Group.
  • The Solution Architect will work on various Enterprise, SME and existing Key Black Box opportunities.
Duties would include but not limited to:
  • Engage with the customer to understand and document their requirements, business problems and compelling events.
  • Develop an end-to-end differentiated solution architecture based on Black Box Networks solution offering that support the customer's requirements.
  • Collaborate as a key member of the solution team supporting sales teams to represent the solution offering to the client and other internal teams. As required, liaise with other teams, including but not limited to, professional services, support, finance etc.
  • Identify technology / service gaps that need to be addressed to support the customer's requirements.
  • Identify, document and mitigate risks as appropriate, dependencies for the designed solution.
  • Documentation of the Conceptual & Detailed Design that describes proposed solution.
  • Present Solutions Business Value Proposition against competition.
To be successful in this role you need to ideally possess:
  • 5+ years' technical experience working on Contact Center solutions is essential.
  • Sound knowledge and experience in the Avaya & Genesys Enterprise and Mid-market offering in the customer (CC) and team engagement (UC) space.
  • Hands-on experience in Avaya & Genesys Solutions Designer and portal.
  • Knowledge/Experience in other UC & CC vendors and other customer experience solution provider like NICE, Aspect, Cisco etc. would be preferred.
  • Ability to manage key and large accounts independently.
  • Understanding of cloud solutions market & ability to build compelling hosted UC & CC solutions.
  • Confident in presenting, pitching and solving problems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good team player.
  • Attitude to learn and be adaptive.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:
