Strategic:

Drive sales growth (prospect, solution and close) for all PDS products across APAC

Develop innovative solutions for clients by leveraging the JLL platform

Build trusting relationships internally and externally

Operational:

Develop a thorough understanding of PDS' capabilities & licenses across APAC (high level for US & EMEA)

Develop and manage pipeline of prospective new business with a 6 to 24 months view

Prospect and engage with clients to position PDS 'front-of-line' for upcoming opportunities

Collaborate internally with Accounts, PDS Operations, IFM, Office Leasing Advisory (OLA), Consulting, Research & Technology to be able to build best solutions for clients using the full width and depth of the JLL platform

Coordinate with the wider sales community to synergize for common pursuits

Sales Governance: Adhere to agreed processes and protocols with respect to obtaining approvals on pricing and legal terms prior to client submissions

Maintain accurate sales reporting information in OVal/Salesforce by following standard JLL sales and solutions processes

Tactical:

Track and stay well versed with market/industry trends and technologies (design, materials, construction tech & tools, etc)

Participate in relevant events/organizations (CoreNet, ULI, Industry Panel Discussions, etc)

Build strong relationships with decisionmakers and influencers

Experience

Direct client facing experience leading or supporting pursuits

Professional qualification in project or construction management or design or equivalent

Strong working knowledge of Project and/or Construction Management

5 years of sales or account management experience with a global firm

8+ years total minimum work experience

Diverse industry and functional backgrounds gained through consulting or elsewhere is a plus

Skills

Communication - written and verbal

Solutioning (ability to translate conversations to build technical solutions)

Analytical & Organized - be able to generate opportunities by analyzing date

Presentation - written and verbal

Multi-lingual is a plus

Attributes (Behavioural)

Client Centric - keeps client interests paramount at all times

Process Oriented - proficiently manages data & information in a continued manner

Flexible & Open - open to change, has learning agility and is intellectually curious

Connector - can bring together various constituents across the organization to help drive client solutions
