Who are we looking for: We are looking for a tech savvy Business Development Director with at least 8 years experience in enterprise B2B solutioning sales. You think digital first and have deep experiences in software products. You are positive, high energy, and possess exceptional relationship building skills. You are an expert in the sales process and strategy of enterprise B2B SaaS companies and have deep knowledge of CAC/CLV/MRR/ARR and love diving deep into cohort analysis. You have existing relationships with channel partners and can quickly scale up our channel distribution networks. You are both a strategic thinker and a hands on executor who leads by example. Most importantly, you have a proven track record in achieving individual revenue targets and managing a team to achieve the team revenue targets. You should feel comfortable and aspire to be a hunter NOT a farmer.What will you be doing: To succeed in this role you will need to be an independent self-starter. You will be in charge of all commercial and contract negotiations as well as establishing and managing channel partners. You must be comfortable in doing product demonstrations and presenting to large audiences.
