Job Description
Responsibilities
Overall post-sales consultant to meet customers' operations and support requirements and enable customers to achieve their Service Level Agreement
- Provide quality post-sales consultation and develop cost effective, resilient, innovative and reliable operation and support services to win proposals and bids/tenders and achieved customer satisfaction for the services rendered
- Understand customers' maintenance requirements and be able to translate into operations and support services in mind
- Perform role of getting back-to-back maintenance support from the vendors, ensuring maintenance support proposed by partners meet customer requirements
- Conduct presentations on proposed maintenance services to customers
- Prepare win/loss analysis for proposals/bids/tenders submitted to facilitate continuous improvement of win strategies
- Provide support to project team and service delivery team in post-sales queries when required
- Degree/Diploma in Communications/Computer Science or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in a technical position in the ICT or IT industry
- Knowledge of ICT related technologies and services including network and security is an advantage
- Possess good customer handling and presentation skills
