Target new customers and develop existign customers and work closely with Trade Lane Management Team to promote key trade lanes.
Ensure Customers/ Overseas Partners are timely updated on shipment status.
Ensure accurate and fast billing to customers.
Ensure service standards are met with all vendors.
Response to RFQ/Rates Request and monitor Sales pipeline and quotation success rate.
Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services.
Ensure Safety and security in all operations
Ensure Compliance on SOP and custom procedure.
Ensure Team work towards zero error in Freight Shipments and order fulfillment in logistics.
Any other official duties assigned by Senior management.
