The primary responsibility of the Solutions Manager is to provide Pre-Sales Technical Solutions to support Singtel business in Singapore
Proactively engage the customers primarily for all in-country Pre-sales technical matters
Support Sales/Account Managers by providing pre-sales technical support to help meet the requirements of customers and work with System Integrators to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Secondary responsibilities include responding to service provisioning and fault management enquiries and complaints, managing problems to resolutions, including escalations to Local Service Providers and equipment vendors
