Responsibilities

• Be part of the technical team
• Responsibilities include presales engagement, technical proposal, project delivery, POC testing and documentation.
• Strong presentation skill and technical knowledge to discussion with prospects, understanding their requirements, pain point and deliver successful proposals.
• Sense of strategic selling and able to contribute effectively to the sales team's target.
• Equipped with the necessary high-level skills in areas of architectural design and technical implementation with the company's portfolio of solutions in virtualization and storage infrastructure.
• Expected to participate and contribute to the project implementation team, with a feasible SOW to ensure a timely and successful project implementation.
• Managing customer's expectation is part of your job scope, which required of you to work closely with our sales team and project team members.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experiences implementation and administration with one or more of the following technologies:
• Citrix infrastructure
• Windows Server and its networking environment
• Microsoft Active Directory
• VMware infrastructure
• Storage infrastructure
• Relevant technical certification from above vendors is an advantage
• System architecture including DR design experience is required
• A good understanding of storage and backup solutions are preferred
• Able to work effectively in a team setting
• Decisive with the ability to multi-task
• Overseas travelling may be needed and regional experience with SEA countries is a plus
