- Assist members and guests during the dinner service with wine recommendations and selection for perfect pairing with their dinner, decanting of the wine and wine service- Work with Kitchen team on suggestions for food and beverages pairingIn charge of bottle handling, storage and proper cleaning of all liquor service equipment.- Oversee all wine purchases and cost management- Develop a budget plan, maintain sales and report on Beni restaurant beverage sales- Work with suppliers on special projects to strengthen the position and image of the Beni's wine cellar- Develop and maintain all training programs for Team Members to improve their knowledge of wine tasting and wine service- Responsible for maintaining guest expectations and recommending wines accordingly to ensure guest satisfaction with regards to the wine.- Ensure communication with the management team to identify wines that need to be upsold in order to maintain stocks.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, TemporarySalary: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per monthBenefits:
