Working Location: Central Region

Working hours: 5 days/6 days shift work

Job Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Creating and updating wine lists (Red, White, Sake) with the chefs and manager.

\xc2\xb7 Making recommendations on food and wine pairings. (Red \xe2\x80\x93 Beef, White \xe2\x80\x93 Seafood, etc)

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring that the wine cellar is fully stocked.

\xc2\xb7 Informing guests on the variety of wines available.

\xc2\xb7 Training wait staff on available wines.

\xc2\xb7 Negotiating prices with vendors.

\xc2\xb7 Organizing wine tasting events.

\xc2\xb7 Complying with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Education level: Degree

\xc2\xb7 Presentable
