Job Description
_Position: Sommelier
Location: Island Wide Outlets_
- 5 days per week @ 8 hours (split shifts)Monthly Performance Bonus
- Benefit panel clinic
- Staff will be register to our panel clinic after 3 months service.
- Yearly Variable bonus depends on ur performance and company profit
- Yearly salary review and increment depends on performance
- Uniform provided for top only
- Staff discount card will be provided, can use for all outlet
- Meal Allowance
- Annual Leave: 7 days
- Creating and updating wine lists (Red, White, Sake) with the chefs and manager.
- Making recommendations on food and wine pairings.
- Ensuring that the wine cellar is fully stocked.
- Informing guests on the variety of wines available.
- Training wait staff on available wines.
- Negotiating prices with vendors.
- Organizing wine tasting events.
- Complying with health and safety regulations.

- Bachelor\'s or equivalent (Preferred)
- Sommelier: 2 years (Preferred)
