ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

Coty is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to join the South East Asia team as S&OP and Market Planning Leader based in Singapore. Reporting to the SEA Supply Chain Director, you will be owning the SEA S&OP and leading a team of 4 direct and 1 indirect reports.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Consolidating the data for all SEA markets to generate the monthly SEA S&OP deck
• Presenting the monthly S&OP to the SEA Managing Director and APAC Supply VP
• Building strong cross-functional collaboration locally, and with global and regional teams overseas
• Leading the market planning team for our affiliate and e-commerce channels, ensuring all market planning activities are executed on time and in line with global standards
• Closely tracking the performance of new launches and quickly proposing forecast adjustments
• Improving forecast accuracy whilst achieving targets on sales, profit, cash, and inventory
• Championing continuous improvement to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and RCA of KPI misses
• Setting annual goals, evaluating performance, and defining growth and career plans for your team
• Supporting your team in any obstacles they may face in the daily operations
• Stepping up into ad hoc project management

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL BRING

We\xe2\x80\x99d love to see candidates who have:

• Strong planning experience, ideally with background in Beauty and in SAP and JDA
• Strong business acumen and eagerness to understand our business
• Approx. 6yrs of (Senior) Management experience, with previous experience leading a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with track record of cross-functional collaboration
• Strong written and verbal skills with confidence to reach out and challenge others
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proven ability to analyze and drive change
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with intermediate/advanced expertise in Excel
• Passion, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude under pressure

WHAT WE OFFER

In this role you will lead the SEA S&OP process as well as the market planning team for the affiliate and e-commerce channels. You will be accountable for the results of your team and directly recognized for all the improvements you are driving. You will have exposure to senior leadership, across various functions and geographical locations.
