Job scope:
- Administrative and commerical support to the sourcing team
- Managing data input into company\'s internal systems
- Managing P/O processing and order follow up
- Assisting the Sourcing team in coaching vendors on company\'s requirements, communicate closely with internal teams and vendors
- Assist in daily operational activities including supplier management, product development, quote sheets, sample verification, order follow up
- Coordinate the sourcing activities with QA, Supply chain and packaging teams
- Degree in any discipline
- Ability to communicate in Chinese language to liaise with native Chinese speaking counterparts based in China
- Familiar with Microsoft Office with strong knowledge in Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP) is a plus
- Willingness to learn, able to adapt in fast-paced environment
