About the Job We’re changing the way people view customer care, and we need your help! We’re looking for a Sourcing Associate for a temporary 6 month contract to drive the sourcing strategy and build the candidate network through various sourcing techniques.
As Sourcing Associate, You Will…

• Interact with applicants & respond to initial inquiries and concerns through our social media and various other platforms
• Process and track applicant job submissions
• Source and generate candidate leads to ensure current hiring requirements are obtained
• Manage sourcing channels: online, referral programs, external events and vendor management
• Create strategies to meet partner requirements
• Conduct & request tests needed for hiring
• Recommend ways of improving recruiting process
• Participate in job fairs & hiring events
• Create and host various promos and activities
• Promote recruiting using job portals, social media and other various tools
• Build relationships with internal employees

Requirements As Sourcing Associate, You Have…

• A college degree or certificate (preferred - equivalent combination of education and work experience will also be considered)
• 3-5 years experience in BPO Recruitment/Sourcing
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, always changing environment
• The ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness
• The ability to effectively interact and build relationships with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds
• A creative and resourceful attitude to find the perfect candidates
• Excellent attention-to-detail and organizational skills
• The ability to work shifts, holidays and weekends
