Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex centralized kitchen operation, which includes keeping a clean and safe working environment and ensuring that food is served at its best in accordance with SOP.
  • Supervise the entire culinary crew to ensure that all personal hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety requirements are met.
  • Participate in the cooking and customer service processes.
  • When speaking with clients, maintain a positive attitude.
  • In the kitchen, promote teamwork and effective communication.
  • Lead the group and ensure that the kitchen is always running smoothly.
Requirement
  • Experienced in working in Western Restaurant
  • Good knowledge in food hygiene and safety
  • Work 5 days
