Responsible for the daily food preparations and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities for LOCAL or WESTERN cuisines served in our Hotel Coffee House / Hotel Restaurant .
To manage cleanliness, wastage and cost control well.
To implement new menu ideas & festive menus for our buffets.
Report directly to Executive Sous Chef.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Singaporeans only.
Possess relevant professional qualifications.
At least 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
Able to work independently & a good team player.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Be willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
