Summary:

• Salary: $4000 - $5500. depends on experience
• 5.5 days work week
• Work at Senoko Central Kitchen & various outlets (travel allowance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Innovate and create new dishes and responsible for development of recipes, food tasting evaluation and revision
• Standardize recipes developed and have them written down as SOP
• To maintain clean and tidy workplace and incompliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
• Supervise and train staffs to ensure quality, efficient food preparation.
• Report directly to Central Kitchen Manager and fulfil other ad-hoc duties assigned.
• Provide suggestions for modifications to existing processes.
• Formulate new food production standards.

Additional Information:

• Candidates with formal culinary training such as CIA or SHATEC are welcomed
• Passed Food Hygiene Course
• Knowledge of supplies, equipment and inventory control
• Able to work as a team, independent and initiative
