Respond to client inquiries and provide information about spa services
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Assist in managing client records and appointment schedules
Coordinate therapists' schedules and support daily spa operations
Requirements / Skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Proficient in using office software and booking systems
Language skills (English, Mandarin) are a plus
Professional appearance and friendly, courteous attitude
* Flexible to work weekends and public holidays as needed
