Greet and welcome clients in a courteous manner
Manage appointment scheduling and rescheduling
Process payments and handle cash flow
Maintain accurate client records and data entry
Provide information about salon services, products, and promotions
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Contribute to a positive team culture and provide exceptional customer service
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a salon or spa environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Proficient in using computer systems and software
A professional and friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for customer service
Flexibility to work during peak hours and weekends.
