• Deliver a variety of spa treatments
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of therapy rooms, equipment, as well as inventory of products
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
• Provide assistance in running of spa workshops
• Assist in all reception duties as and when required

• Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist
• Hands on experience in massage techniques and face therapies
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Basic level computer skills
• Possess recognized certification
