Located on a clifftop, the new resort on Sentosa Island features 62 contemporary private pool villas surrounded by tropical gardens and views over the South China Sea.Ranging from 230 square metres in size, each villa is a sanctuary for extended stays. As part of Raffles' legendary welcome, guests will experience signature markers enlivened by the famous Raffles Butlers and a sustainably created Sentosa Sling. There will be five dining establishments, a spa offering next-generation wellness and a grand ballroom.JOB SUMMARYReporting to the Director of Wellness , the Spa Therapist will deliver exceptional spa treatments, ensuring a luxurious and rejuvenating experience for the guests. This role involves providing a range of spa therapies, maintaining a serene and professional atmosphere, and upholding the highest standards of guest experience and care.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :Spa Treatments

• Perform a variety of treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other spa services tailored to guest needs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of various therapies and recommend appropriate treatments based on client preferences and concerns.

Guest Experience & Care

• Provide an exceptional guest experience, ensuring every interaction is professional, warm, and personalized.
• Follow up post-treatment to ensure guest satisfaction and provide product or service recommendations.

Operational Support

• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness at all times.
• Monitor and maintain spa supplies and equipment, reporting needs to the relevant team.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with the wellness and operations teams to create a seamless and elevated experience for guests.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and align with the hotel's standards.
• Observe all brand/operating standards and/or LQA.
• Follow all workplace safety and security policies and procedures. Report accidents, injuries and incidents to reporting manager immediately.
• Participate & contribute actively in all Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability initiatives organised by the Hotel.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Recognised certifications in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or related fields are required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a spa therapist, preferably in a luxury spa or wellness environment
