Require a Spa Therapist Supervisor with leadership and training experience to mentor a group of employees. Able to manage the allocation of work schedule of the organisation. The candidate must be able to work under pressure and also oversee the welfare of the staff. Ensure high level of service standards Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, Treatment rooms and other parts of the spa. Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely. The candidate must also be able to handle the administration duties required of the related government agencies. 1. WSQ Certificate 2.
