Job Purpose:
- To facilitate and drive the statistical applications and SPC/MSA systems in SSMC
- To lead and implement analytics solutions to improve productivity.
Manage and drive SPC (statistical process control) system in the organization
- Lead SPC team and SPC review
- Develop, implement SPC and MSA assessment and monitoring to evaluate the adequacy of these systems and implementation effectiveness
- Generate key indices to drive corrective and preventive actions
- Interface with internal and external on SPC related activities
- Provide consultation in statistical application to the organization
- Identify, propose appropriate quality training program & structure and conduct identified quality and statistical related training program required to support the organization
Lead and Implement Analytics projects
- Identify improvement opportunities in quality related functions and develop solutions to drive productivity, including automation projects
- Degree in Statistics/ Data Analytics or Engineering or equivalent
- Practitioner in Quality Tools application eg., Basic 7QC Tools, FMEA, Statistical Tools such as SPC, DOE, regression, 8D etc.
- Wafer fab experience will be an added advantage
- Familiar with the Statistical and Analytics Software eg., JMP or other equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft business applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
