Perform chemical test on stability samples as requested or assigned using High Performance Liquid Chromatogram (HPLC), Gas Chromatography, Autotitrator
Support samples and raw materials pull-out from and storage in the Stability Chambers and Storage Room
Sample preparation and submission for Stability Testing
Assist in the production of batch making of samples
Schedule and perform sample and material preparation for technical testing
Manage samples, consumables, chemicals and reagents supply and inventory in the laboratory
Support the chemical, confidential products and materials registration, procurement and disposal Ensure routine lab housekeeping and cleanliness of equipment
Preparing products for shipment
Manage work assignments of team members
Manage system and/or equipment failure/anomaly and process deviation
Resolve quality and procedural variances
Monitor and assess operation and project execution resources and workload
Review any adjustments required periodically with manager and customers
Leading, supervising, coaching, and developing staff within a progressive team environment which includes training plans in ensuring operational sustainability
Develop and maintain a quality management system to ensure both customer's work scope deliverables and team performance measures are in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and organization's safety, quality and security requirements
Conceive, lead, manage and participate in cost, quality and productivity improvement initiatives; maintain a high level of cost stewardship.
Ensure all systems/equipment are well maintained, calibrated and serviced timely
Assist customer in budget planning in maintaining sufficient inventory supply of parts and consumables
Support customer in managing and maintaining proper documentation of changes in SOPs, blueprints, drawings and specification for newly installed and/or modified systems and equipment.
Support implementation of operation and process improvements in labs
Assist method owners to write-up workflow and success criteria for required methods
Guide and cross-train the other Specialists with on lab operations and techniques with approved workflows
Qualification and Criteria
Possess a Diploma in Science or related disciplines
Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in supervisory role
Has sound knowledge of "good practice" in quality guidelines and regulations (cGxP)
Demonstrating a high level of customer focus and responsiveness including direct interaction with customer(s) and their operational teams
Good organizational and coordination skill to multi-task and meet deadlines
Independent, self-motivated and adaptable in a dynamic environment
Team builder and player with strong technical knowledge and excellent problem solving skill
Good written and oral communications
