Come and join OTIS today and be part of the Forbes 2023 World\'s Best Employers!Join the Otis family where collaboration, innovation, and empowerment help each individual and the company reach new heights.About YouAs Specialist, Account Receivable (AR) , you will play a key role in managing service contract booking and supporting various activities within Account Receivable\xe2\x80\x99s function.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and drive the service contract management end to end processCollaborate with the local sales team to ensure that all service contract terms and conditions are captured accurately in the systemWork closely with the billing teams to ensure that data captured accurately in the billing system to facilitate invoice processingTroubleshoot any issues related to contract booking, collaborating with internal counter parts and customers, to resolve and reconcile any discrepanciesGenerate reports on booked contracts, identifying trends, and providing insights to support decision-making and performance analysisPerform month-end closing activities for Account Receivable including reconciling AR balance, processing any accruals and ensure accurate recording of revenuePerform the credit assessment to new customers to ensure timely payment and minimize the risk of bad debtInvolve and facilitate internal and external audit requirements when necessaryManage any ad hoc project for system enhancement or process improvement to streamline and optimize the contract booking workflowRequirementDiploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplinesGood knowledge and experienced in contract management, accounts receivable, or financial management is preferredExperienced in ERP system such as Service Management System (SMS) and JD Edwards (JDE) would be added advantageAdvanced proficiency in Excel, and PowerPointProficiency in PowerBI/Tableau would be added advantageStrong analytical skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent organizational skills; Ability to prioritize and meet timelineExcellent work ethics to manage confidential dataA team player, enjoy working in a multicultural and dynamic business environmentApply today to join us and build what\xe2\x80\x99s next!If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.Otis is the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
