Supervise and manage operations of campus facilities, including attending to work requests, site inspections, meetings, and coordination with stakeholders and contractors.
Ensure administrative processes in the Facilities Management System are completed promptly.
Assist in troubleshooting and analysis of building operations matters.
Support exploration and implementation of projects related to sustainability and digitization of building operations.
Assist in planning and execution of daily operations as assigned by the Reporting Manager
QualificationsQualification:
Relevant Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Estate Management.
Years of Experience
3 years of Facilities Management or related experience preferred
Knowledge / Skills (preferred)
Attended/ Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management)
Attended/ Certified Fire Safety Manager
Attended/ Certified Project Manager
Attended/ Certified Workplace Safety Management
Experience with Building Management Systems / Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
Competent in MS Office applications
