In this critical position, you will support the Business Region Head to drive growth and strategic leadership of the region using your business acumen and ownership of the following:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop insights into consumer behavior, market reactions and competitive insights needed to support the strategic decision-making across multiple markets in the business region.
  • Lead analysis of all possible parameters affected Western Union competitiveness in the marketplace and will be responsible to track business metrics and drive actionable outcomes.
  • Use analytics based on internal and external data sources to identify and drive new revenue opportunities and extract maximum value from new and existing clients and customers.
  • Support to synthesize data and develop recommendations through business cases and presentations.
Role Requirements:
  • To be successful in this role you will need to have relevant 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience in business analytics within the financial or retail/consumer industry.
  • A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in finance, business or relevant studies is desirable.
  • You must be proficient with numbers and business metrics, skilled at using Tableau, PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint for business presentations. Familiarity with Python or other AI/ML tools with be desirable.
  • You should have keen interest to interact with different stakeholders in the business.
