Job Description

Summary We are searching for a positive, proactive and self-driven individual to manage communications and engagement functions for cabin crew. You will be part of the Cabin Crew Communications Team and play a pivotal role to ensure inflight operation efficiency through delivery of accurate and timely information for cabin crew.
Your target audience is cabin crew and you will work closely with stakeholders from all departments and external vendors to ensure information are disseminated in a clear and concise manner.



Cabin Crew Communications, Engagement & Recruitment

• Manage and update Station Information for cabin crew operation.
• Manage and update cabin crew Inflight Announcement texts.
• Manage marketing and events initiatives requiring cabin crew participation.
• Assist in cabin crew communications and engagements initiatives via internal & external digital communications channels.
• Assist in collating and publishing information for cabin crew including Cabin Crew Circulars, FAQs etc.
• Assist in reviewing and analyzing effectiveness of communication and engagement initiatives. Developing mitigation for improvements.
• Assist in end-to-end cabin crew recruitment, injecting cabin crew to line to fulfill operational requirements.
• Conduct culture training for foreign cabin crew.

• Support Training functions.
• Assist in cabin crew procurement functions.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years working experience in corporate or mass communications.
• Knowledge in communication systems and digital communication channels.
• Detailed, meticulous and methodical.
• Adaptable and able to manage a dynamic fast-paced work environment.
• Resourceful and independent with solution-focused mindset.
