Your Key Responsibilities

• Executes routine controlling operations and supports Controlling Professionals.
• Contributes to planning, monitoring and reviews of unit's budget, and provides actual vs. plan reports.
• Supports preparation of financial analysis, financial results reports, and budget forecasts, assists in the company's monthly and yearly closing.
• Prevents inaccuracies in reporting by executing proper policies for financial reporting.
• Reviews financial data periodically to ensure accuracy and completeness of the data.
• Compile consolidated monthly functional costs report for the Asia Pacific Managers (Corporate and Divisions)
• Prepare monthly Asia Pacific cost measures report
• Support the preparation of budget and forecast for Asia Pacific

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance with 1-2 years experience in financial analysis
• Computer savvy with good working knowledge on MS Office Applications
• SAP system, Macro knowledge, Power BI (optional)
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to meet deadline, independent, self-driven, willing to face challenges and able to work and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
